Some plugins are not working after a server restart

    Hello,
    I have created an Minecraft server around 2 years ago on Minecraft version 1.8.8 with Bukkit.
    I also use a lot of plugins.
    My problem is that when I restart the server, some plugin files are empty (0 Bytes).
    I have to download the mod again and move it into the plugin folder.

    I experienced it with PermissionsEX, PlugMan and FirstJoinPlus.

    What can I do?

    @leon1912 Yeah, no email from this place.
    Don't know what is causing it, seen if before though.
    Are they empty before you start the server as well?

    When I move the plugin into the folder and start the server, everything is working fine.
    When I shut the server down and power it back on, the plugin file is empty.

    I do not, updating to a newer Minecraft version might be better.
