I would like this plugin to basically make all brewing stands, whenever right-clicked, cause a stream of white firework particles, to slowly progress then hit a block and explode (NO BLOCK DAMAGE). The amount of damage it should do should be configurable. The range of this weapon should be around 15 blocks, and should do reduced damage to oneself, to allow people to rocket jump. The rocket launcher should have a configurable cooldown. This plugin would be awesome on my kitpvp server.
