Smart Command Block

This plugin request is a simple command blocker. Yes, I know there are others that do this but this plugin is unique. For example, a regular command blocking plugin might block /give but other players can put /give (name). I want this plugin to block command using keywords or have a * which replaces a username. So if you block the command "/give *", it would allow no players to use it because the * blocks all usernames. I know it sounds vague but it's kinda hard to explain. I hope some people will understand what I mean. Here's an example:

default (Pex group):
- '/give * diamonds 64'

So: People in the default group can't use /give Tom (random name) diamonds 64

Normally, if they're not op, they wouldn't be able to use this command but this is just an example.

Permissions: scblock.bypass (Allows bypassing block list)
