Server vote count

I am looking for a plugin that will allow the server to work towards a vote goal. So say my server reaches 1000 in a week, something will happen across the server (via command)

Commands:
/vserver votes: shows all of server votes
/vserver goal: shows the goal
/vserver set <command>: sets command when it reaches a goal (also configurable through config)

I see that it counts it, but will it give a reward?

did you even read his post none of those plugins can check the amount of votes ... or goal

 

GA Listener can reward the player who voted. Please, reread my post. I want to reward the whole server (at once), when they reach a predetermined vote-goal.
