Server RAM 35% on start up with only 3 plugins

Hello!
I have recently purchased a server off of CreeperHost and when I start up my server the RAM goes directly to 35%! No one online, only 3 plugins, and 5 words. I've never had this problem before.
Theoretically since no one is online, none of the worlds should be loaded... I'm not new to server hosting but i am new to some of the plugins (Multiworlds & SaveMeBackup - I've never had them on a hosted server)
Worlds:
- YouTube
- MG (MiniGame)
- world
- world_nether
- world_the_end

Plugins:
- Essentials
- Multiworlds
- SaveMeBackup

I'm believe I'm running Beta 1.5.2-R0.1 Craftbukkit

If anyone could point me in the right direction I would be very grateful.

How much RAM do you have in total on your server hosting package?

35% might not be that unusual, since RAM is still required even if nobody is online. What I'm asking is, 35 percent of what?

 

Ah, that would be the problem. At the moment we have 2 Gb RAM! I might need to update that aha. Yeah, we have 2 cores, 35Gb HDD... Well now I feel a bit foolish.
I've just tried the server with the 60 plugins were using and it's completely dying xD
