So here is my list of plugins

    • BOSEconomy
    • HeroChat
    • Vault
    • Essentials
    • PermissionsEx
    • Enjin Plugin
    • Towny
    • Dynmap
    • Multiverse
    • World Guard
    • Head Drops
    • Sylvester
    • RWTorchlight
    • Marriage Reloaded
    • mcMMO
    • LWC
    • Allow Lockpicking
    • Register
    • Questioner
    • TerrainControl
This the whole list. Obviously this is an extensive list of plugins but our server has 4GBs of Dedicated ram and an i7 processor. According to Bukkit GUI it should be running fine, however there is quite a bit of lag. Obviously I know that some of the Plugins might have to go, but this was what I wanted ideally for the experience I wanted to bring to people.
Any help and/or advice would be greatly appreciated.
    Sincerely,
    Ninja

Are you running this on a home computer?
How much space do you allocate to the Java heap (post your command line)?
How many users when you see lag?
What is your Internet connection speed (upload and download)?

Also, too many mobs can cause lag. What do you see for the number of entities in the /gc command?

    No it's a server using WinServ'08.
    4096MBs of Java Heap.
    Just me.
10 MB down, 1MB Up that's me personally. The server 30 down, 5 up.
Mobs are cleared everytime the server is empty.

You should not be seeing any lag, especially if you're the only player. Your list of plugins is not particularly large, either.

Not sure how to approach this. Someone else may have suggestions for seeing if it's one particular plugin.
