   I'm not sure if this plugin already exists somewhere or not, but I'm looking for a plugin that will print out some number that represents how much lag the server is currently experiencing. That way if a user types /lag and it says zero...then they know the lag they are experiencing is not the server but their own connection.

   CommandBook has a "/debug clock" command which measures the server lag.
