Server error: Permgen space

I have been having this problem I think even before 1.7, but essentially my server crashes every 5-10 minutes and shows this error. It wasn't always THIS bad, it used to be maybe every half hour, but now its 5-10 minutes. Can someone tell me how to fix this? In my launch server.command which I use to start the server, I set my MaxPermSize to 240mb, but it didn't help. I will post a list of plugins or anything else if you need it. Please help, I'm making my server public soon!!! Btw Im only posting from when it is done because of the character limit- If you need more I will post a file but this seems like enough.

Try adding more ram. What does your starting script/bat file look like?
