Hey guys! So, I've been having this problem for a little while now, and I have no idea why. My server has been crashing every few minutes after it loads up, and I can't figure out why. I run it on my computer currently, and am still trying to prepare it so I can get it hosted, but it's nearly impossible to work on. It even crashes when no players are logged on! Here are my specs:

    MacBook Pro 13'' Mid 2009
2.26 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo Processor
8 GB 1067 MHz DDR3 Memory (4 GB on server)

    Here is the console.

    What plugins are you using?
It looks like something is causing waves of intense stress of some kind ever now and then, all those
"Can't keep up! Did the system time change, or is the server overloaded?"
    in the console

AlwaysDay, AMS, BetterAlias, BlockOwn, ButtonCommands, CallAdmin, ChestCommands, Citizens, CustomItemsAPI, CrackShot, CraftArrows, CustomJoinItems, DoubleJumpPlus, Essentials, EssentialsChat, EssentialsProtect, EssentialsAntibuild, GrapplingHook, Grapple, iDisguise, Killreward, KitMaster, Microblocks, MoneyShop, MoreMobheads, MoreSounds, Multiverse-Core, Multiverse-Inventories, Multiverse-Portals, MyHorse, MythicDrops, PermissionsBukkit, PlayerHeads, Portals, ScoreboardStats, SimpleClans, SimpleLobby, SpawnerAdjuster, Vault, WhaIsIt, WorldEdit, WorldGuard, WorldRestrict.

Very extensive list, I know. Maybe I just need more ram. I have it on my computer after all. What do you think?

1.7.1 is likely your problem also since your running offline (or atleast at the time of the log was) disable the auto updates.. you'll see alot of them errors go away also elim the possiblity that its that infact causing it since trying to talk to a null network and MC/bukkit/plugins arent even coded to be able to handle network functions when it cant reach its destination... (or you'd never see errors for connection issues) Start with that first or post a log while your online (because 'they' might lock your post over that)

Well, I'm at my grandparents house, and their internet is whacked. I can't get on any servers, but localhost. I'll try when I get home tomorrow, and see what happens. The same thing has happened when I'm online as well.

well your next bet is disable plugins one by one and reboots till the lag stops then you atleast have a idea to what is doing it as for ram no your fine I run alot more indepth server myself and only got it sitting in 1gig of ram no problems (heck dont even ever use half of that even at the worst times)

Disable plugins? You mean disable updates? Or delete plugins?

just rename each plugin <name>.jar.save or something once you change the .jar extension MC wont see it so you can just leave the plugins in the folder just by renaming and thus disable them... start with the ones that have no dependancies to another plugin (aka they will work without others) work backwards till you work thru them all (or find the offending plugin) heck you might just have a sponge problem... someone was having similiar issues on a mac in another thread turned out sponge blocks were the cause of their lag. how or why I cant say sponge used to have code in it for water but that was supposedly removed let along you cant even get sponge as a normal block in game you have to use the /give command to get it

How much ram do you have dedicated to it??? Also I have never seen so many plugins on a server at ounce, I own a server and this looks like problem of the server being way tooooo stressed out, maybe try to keep a minimum of 15 plugins if possible? Alot of those plugin are in Essentials, and you can get one kit plugin than multiple sets. Taking out the plugins that you absolutely do not need is recommended *Mythic Drops/MoneyShop*
