Server beginning to lag all the sudden? "Listen Thread"

    Been lagging for about two hours, almost unable to play in. I started to remove plugins and put them back. I got a strange error in my console that said "Listen Thread." I've reset my router and everything. All my plugins are updated and I am using CB 1-4. Any ideas?
