Run command when block clicked

Is there a plugin where a command could be run when any block is right clicked? I do not mean when a certain block is clicked, I mean when any type block is clicked.

So, when any bed(not just one I specify) is right clicked a certain command will run?

@Chessnutter Please tag someone if you want them to see your post. What we mean by what command you want to execute is whether you need any placeholders to include the location of the player, or the player's name etc.

 

can it just make it execute a command from a console? Then it wouldnt need any extra placeholders

Here you go, I made the command configurable also if it should be sent from the console or the player. Have fun and ask me if you want some extra features added to it.
