Hello, 1 days ago i put a texture pack on my server but it didnt work. The texture pack is a custom one so i use dropbox to upload it. The link is this: https://www.dropbox.com/s/zrx02dhbtbbz0wf/InfectionMC Craft.zip?dl=0 In my server.properties ( at resourse pack) i put this link: https://www.dropbox.com/s/zrx02dhbtbbz0wf/InfectionMC Craft.zip?dl=1 But when i restart my server i got this link: https\://www.dropbox.com/s/zrx02dhbtbbz0wf/InfectionMC%20Craft.zip?dl\=1 I dont know why it change the link. If anyone can help please reply.
@BRoKenmc0 %20 is the only thing that changes, and that is there when there is a space in the url. For minecraft, you cannot have spaces in the URL. When uploading the resourcepack, make sure the file does not have any spaces in it.
I checked it, but the link doesnt have any spaces. Also the wierd part is that the first time that i test it worked but when i changed something it stop working.
@BRoKenmc It does. There is a space between MC and Craft. What happens is, after entering the URL, the space turns into %20, so you can't have spaces anywhere in the file name. Have you tried adding apostrophes before and after the URL? That may make sure the url stays the way it is.
