I have a request based off of many livestream websites. I would like to be able to type a command, such as /slowmode, and it would enter slow mode. Slow mode is when anyone without a permission node can only type x times per x seconds/minutes, which would be configured in the file. Another nice command function would be if you could stop everyone talking except for those with a node, so staff members could explain or stop chat for whatever reason.
