[REQ] Whitelist with IP (Paying 3$ paypal)

Hello, i need http://forums.bukkit.org/threads/admn-gen-whitelist-v1-9-287.587/ with NICK | IP
So if the nick is registered with ip "23.23.255.42", i could not login with ip "23.24.255.42".
