kind of like http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/buycraft/ But actually working, im not sure if he has given up on it but it doesnt look like he has replied much lately. I think alot of people would like something like this. And sorry if this is too vague of a post but i wouldnt know were to begin with something like this but its still an awesome plugin that i hate to see die =\.. someone said his source code is filled with errors and stuff and that its pretty complicated. one major recommendation is to be able to sell plots of land like intergrate with towny\Worldguard.
well buycraft works and the dev has not given up because he said he is away at the moment so it might be a while but make sure you have the latest build of bukkit and the latest plugin version. Also check here because he seems more active there.
