   I was wondering if there was anyone who could make a plugin that automatically promotes people after X amount of days (configurable)? It would be very nice.

   already done, CommandsEX has timed auto-promote, you can visit its Builder Page, tick that feature and hit download, since it's modular... and off you go

   I was more on about: Something that adds them to the confederated group after 3 months, for example.
