Remove Mutual Exclusivity in Enchantments

I'm looking in several places for a datapack or a plugin that has this functionality to remove the exclusive enchantments, so we can put protection, other protections on the same item, I found a plugin but it's outdated, could someone update it? Or if there is one send me? I use minecraft in version 1.19.2

I modified the plugin request that you linked.

The changes I made are that collisions are correctly combined (to upgrade levels). Enchantment costs should be zero for mutual combined items. Unfortunately, it wont be possible to click on the item for it to appear in the cursor (since it will be added to players inventory instead) due to bukkit limitations with anvil inventories.

The jar and src are included if you want to modify it.
