Reload/save-all Permission Node

Im looking for the permission nodes for /reload and /save-all but i cant find them anywhere.

Im basically trying to make people have access to all commands without being OP, that way i can remove certain things away with permissions. And having those commands are important.

 

How can i enable these permissions to non-OP's?

 

If you are running a server from your own computer (like me) only the host can /reload and /save-all, otherwise it will say "you don't have sufficient resources to do this" or something along those lines.

 

Basically all my OP's can, but due to some issues in my server i need to remove OP from everyone but me, but i still need admins to have access to those commands

For the /reload all one i found the Node - bukkit.command.reload and for /Save all i found the node - bukkit.command.save.perform at http://wiki.bukkit.org/CraftBukkit_commands
