Refer a Friend (Unique Idea)

So how's this going? How is the final plugin going to be? Do you need to do a command with the player's name before they join, or what? I don't know if this has been suggested, but I guess a cool way to block people from randomly typing names is to make new players get a confirmation message, in which you had to do a command with the referal's name.
