Real Realm Server Help! <3

Hey guys!

Well, i have been working on a new server for the past couple of days, but ive ran accross a problem. Ofcourse, for a server to be successful, i need people to be able to join, but im not sure if they can. You see, i can login to my server using LocalHost, or my rooter ip, however, i CANNOT login with my actual IP adress. I have checked it many times, but it never works and states - Cannot login to server: Connection refused. Now, im not sure if this is because im running the server off my computer, but id like the Bukkit Forums guys help! if you are willing, could any of you try and enter my server? The IP is 92.233.222.4 and the port is 25565 if that helps. i also have a web IP that is realrealm.dyndns-ip.com . Id really appreciate if you got back to me soo, the server is up and running! You ahve to port forward via your router.

go to either one of these links which ever loads
http://192.168.1.1
http://192.168.1.0
http://192.168.0.1

Login with usually the default is:
Username: admin
Password: password
if that doesn't work try leaving the password blank.

Next find Port Forward

Then go to CMD prompt type ipconfig
You will get IPv4 remember that last number. In port forwarding use the port 25565, the connection type tcp/udp or both.. then click okay

Well im using a belkin router, and the adress is 192.168.2.1 but, there is no port forward choice. i have hower set my ports open in 'Virtual servers' which i beleive is the same, but im not sure

Mate, i give you all credit for this! Solevd haha, i hadnt accepted the changes last time i forwarded the ports, so if you hadnt told me to forwards them, it wouldnt be fixed! Thanks alot, and feel free to join the server haha .
