THIS IS JUST AN IDEA, NOT A PLUGIN RELEASE OR UPCOMING I thought about this, and a lot goes through it. But here's my idea. Basically in a short summary this mod lets users join a job as a REA Real estate agent. And what these users are able to do is sell houses without the OP's having to do the job. By joining the job you receive commission of about 8% (course you can change it) if you successfully sell a house. REA's do not have access inside buildings or altering the building of anykind. This would implement this mod with Jobs mod and any sort of Economy mods. I believe this mod would really organize the server and really add a cool new job to the Jobs mod Thanks for reading. Q: Well, can't you give them the command on how to buy the houses? A: Yes, but it would be way easier with this plugins so that way users do not need to read the help/commands over and over to buy the house. This should given to moderators and such or active players/money donors. Having a huge amount of REA's would really mean everyone is a REA. REA's permission Sell Houses Buy Houses Receive a title Ranking system (higher ranks, more commission able to make own houses maybe) Feel free to add more permissions. Config: Change comission % Change Title Change Ranking Houses Sold/Ready for sell Admin permission would be obvious such as defining a region and selling it. i can make this plugin but without the regions. instead id use signs next to a door on the home. Does your server use Lockette or lwc? Ok ive started working on this. Doing quite well with development. sometime tonight ill have a working build! i hope you use Vault cuase thats what ill use to link permissions and economy without issue. I have made this. Will release a first stage development jar tomorrow for public use. It doesn't have ALL the features and it's still under development, but so far, it's working rather nice. It runs with signs too. Idk hao to explain, but you can see tomorrow.
