Plugin Help Rank-up On # of kills

    I can't find a way to make it so in the PermissionEx (PEX) config, when you kill a mob (includes modded mods) or a player, you have 1 added to the number of entities you killed. I want it to be when you kill a certain number of mobs it gives you another rank. I'm on minecraft version 1.4.7 because i'm making a modded server for a modpack.
