PvP Duel Request Plugin

I want a plugin that allows dueling even if in no pvp server
i want the players to be able to duel each other with not hurting other or terrain

They have to be 10 blocks near each other
and i want the duel to happen right where they are and they cant walk 30 blocks out they have to turn around and finish the duel

when you die you do not go to spawn and you dont drop your stuff

they start with full health but my server runs {level Hearts} so i dont want them healing past any heerts they haven't earned

they keep there exp so there hearts wont drop after also they return to what ever hearts they had before

i want there defense to be raised for they cant just die easily

i realy dont need permissions only

/Duel Deny
