Question Putting Clickable Commands In Books

To start off, I'm not sure if this is even the right category for what I'm wondering about.

But anyhow, I was wondering if it was possible to make it so if a player is in a book, and comes across for example, some colored text in a book that said "Click Me!" that is a player clicked the text, it would run a command such as "cc open island_help.yml". Is this instance it would open up a GUI from ChestCommands.

Is there any plugins that could do this? It would strictly be in books not on signs or anything like that, I want to put it in a book. I've looked at cmdBook but that doesnt work I get errors when trying to use it, so please don't respond with that plugin aha. Thanks for any responses!
