Private Loot Chests Like GTAMC.net

Hi, i need a plugin like gtamc's where you have a chest and it has configured items in it.

i would like most of it to be just in the config.

Config options

add worlds where the entire chests in a world becomes loot chests.

chests are separate to a player no loot theft

the items that you want to spawn in the chests.

the rarity of the items to spawn.

etc etc.

also if you wanna add anything else go ahead.
