Solved Prefixes wont work no matter what

Im trying to set up my prefixes but it wont work at all, ive set it up in both groupmanager and mchat but it just wont work, i tried using simpleprefix before but that wont work either, heres my mchat info file:

I don't work with MChat... Try PermissionsEx, its more: easy, clean, sucefull.
Try installing essentials, link their permissions and configure the prefixes in esse tials.
This should work. =)

 

Ive tried essentials but it just wont work, as soon as i try to load it in it says failed to load essentials, &Id rather not switch since ive used GM for along time and in my opinon pex is so much more complicated

If you don't know how to do Plugins, search for NameTagEdit.

With Essentials installed in your plugins folder, do the following:

Stop your server.
Start your server.
When it's fully started, stop it again.
Go in to your server files.
Go to the logs folder.
Open the file called latest.log.
Copy and paste the contents at http://pastebin.com/.
Post it there and then link the URL here.
