Prefix Animations!

Does anybody know of a way to add prefix animations? I've been on a server(IP: play.mc-sg.org)and that server has it, I've checked their plugins and I have all the prefix plugins they have, but I don't know how to add the animations! Thanks!

PS: My server IP is: Platinum-Craft.net

If you go to the server the MVP's will have it before and after their name!
