Is your server hosted on the same machine that you're running your client on?

MAke sure the server is running, You can use either 127.0.0.1, or localhost as the ip, and it should connect

It hit me. Go into your server.properties file and set online-mode to false if you havent already
    (online-mode=false)

Add a execption to it for your server (i dont really know how since i use comodo)

Mine kept refusing me until i switched online mode to off

Zip the entire bukkit folder and upload it to mediafire and I'll see if I can find the problem :)
