/plugins not working

    whenever i try to use /plugins it says: "Im sorry, but you do not have permission to perform this command. please contact the server administrators if you believe that this is an error" can someone help me?

    yes but it still wont work i double checked the spelling and it didnt work either

    Do you have any plugins installed that could possibly block this out? Considering you claim to be an operator, try using /plugins via the console if possible and include it in your post, please.
