Plugin Help Plugins Are Not Being Detected...

So any plugin I install is in my plugin list... But not anywhere else it's not on the server or the console or configs...

 

Here's the plugin list @timtower

 

Stop your server.
Start your server.
When it's fully started, stop it again.
Go in to your server files.
Go to the logs folder.
Open the file called latest.log.
Copy and paste the contents at http://pastebin.com/.
Post it there and then link the URL here.

Copy the latest.log, not one of the .log.gz ones.

Also, since you seem to be using some sort of integrated host with the plugins, why don't you try contacting them about the issue? They probably know more about it than we do..

 

What @AlvinB said, it needs to be your latest.log file. You will open the file and see what looks like a log of the console, copy and paste that on http://pastebin.com/ and link the URL here.

Your only installed plugins are WorldEdit, Nicknames, AFK, AdvancedHats and PlayerParticles. Put other plugins in the same location
