Plugin w/specific world regen properties

    What I would like is:
    - Custom world regeneration: Global ON/OFF.
    - Custom rate and regenerating method: One by one/per layer, timings, starting from the first or last broken block/random selection.
    - Select the blocks that don't regenerate, or do slower than normal (Ores, trees, lava, etc.)
    - Establish block priority over regeneration; for example, if the original world had dirt or air but a player put a chest or a block of gold there, those blocks will remain and will not be replaced by regeneration.
    - Also, certain blocks won't regen if mobs/players are obstructing the block place.
    - Regeneration in the presence of players in that chunk: ON/OFF
    - If possible, distinguish between generated blocks and placed by players or commands.
    - Custom options (All of the above) for specific regions or chunks: For example, not- Wilderness, claimed chunks from factions/Essentials, etc.
