Plugin to prevent building/mining but allow using levers, benches, chest etc?

    Hi!

    I'm looking for a plugin that blocks building and mining on a per-user per-world basis (preferably using permissionsbukkit) BUT still allows users to use crafting tables and levers and the like. Anyone found/made a good one?

    WorldGuard does this, however the documentation might be lacking. I can, however, point you in the right direction by telling you to look up region flags.
