Suggested name: CustomItemParticles or something along the lines of that

What I want: Whenever a player holds a specific item (custom name) a particle effect plays. When the player moves to a different item the particles go away. Particles such as endereffect, flame, fireworksparks, smoke, redstonedust, etc. are what I'm mainly looking for. A useful library I found is EffectLib. Also, custom formations/motions. When the player holds a specific sword for example, they would type in the given command for what particle, name on item, and formation, and this would happen:

This would swirl around the player every time they hold that specific item. There are other formations on the library's forum, too.

Ideas for commands: /cip <particle> <item name> <formation>
