Plugin Help Plugin not recognized by my Server

    Hey ! I'm really new doing plugins and I did some really simple basic plugin.

    I did export it into my local plugin folder.

    tested it and /plugin show my plugin.

    Then i tried to upload it via FileFilla to my server, normally it worked, but when i tried to see it doing /plugin

    It do not appear :/

    Maybe it have something to do with the fact that my server is running on Spigot 1.8.7 and my plugin with 1.8 or 1.8.4 ???

    I don't understand

    Ps- My english is not so good, i'm french, soory!

    @Alexo2802 Did you restart the server afterwards?

    @Alexo2802 The plugin is compiled with java 8, your server is running java 7. That is the issue

    I'm kind of stuck because they ask me to change several things that I don't understand
    I did download JRE-7u80-windows, but I don't know that to do with it, i don't even know if this is useful
