Plugin help

Hello first I want to say I am new here and thus I have no idea where to post this but I am posting this here... So I am trying to make a mini game with time. You will have a couple of minutes to survive and when the time is up it teleports the survivor(s) to 'safe land' and teleports the dead to 'dead land' (it also shows the time during the round) and announces the survivor(s) rather on screen and/or in chat and also have like a score board (personal wins and loses for that player). What plugins would I need for that?
