Plugin contributors history

Hello,

It has come to my attention that I have no way of tracking what people with permissions on a plugin do. It would be nice if there was a place with a history that would show what that member did to the contribution of the plugin.

• Replied a comment on main page
• Edited a page
• Replied a ticket
• etc.

It can be hard to know how much more than the others one person does.
