Solved Please type "g5FVwd" to continue sending messages/commands

I have never seen this message on my server before. But now almost EVERY time you say something it pops up with this message:

Please type "g5FVwd" to continue sending messages/commands
but the "g5FVwd" is always random.

I recently installed the plugin "AntiPvPLogger" which is the only new plugin I have gotten recently. But it says nothing about an Anti-Spam thing programmed into it. Even though it doesn't I still removed it in hopes it would make that message stop popping up. So I did and reloaded the server but it STILL happens!!!!

I keep looking through my plugins folder to see if any other plugins might be causing it but none of them do. HELP!!!!!

Even though I have "SpamGuard" it doesn't have a feature like this.

 

Did you happen to update NoCheatPlus to a more recent dev build? I think one of them added an antispam feature.
