   I was testing FactionsUUID on my server, and players are able to claim the warzone and the safezone. They still aren't able to build because the region is still defined. But they can still claim it. How can I make it so they can't claim the warzone/safezone?

   If it's in a certain area (spawn or an arena) then you could WorldGuard the area and do /rg f <region> blocked-cmds f claim and it should deny them from using the command in that area.
