Solved Player Head Regen

Plugin category: Minigames

Suggested name: UHCRegen

What I want: Okay. So, I would like for every kill a player gets, their enemy's head drops. Once picked up they're able to right click it, and regen 4 hearts as if it was a golden apple.

Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin.

Ideas for permissions: Everyone gets it.

When I'd like it by: Saturday

I'd appreciate if anyone can make this plugin. Thank you for your time!

I have not tested this yet, so tell me if you experience any problems.
It is currently compiled with Java 8 so make sure you're server is running Java 8.
