Plugin Help PEX not working for my tekkit server!

    I just created a tekkit server and first plugin I downloaded was PEX it is not working however I can bring it up in the help menu but none of the commands are working!

    PLZ HELP!!!!!!

    I can just not do anything no commands my plugin shows up as red. Just not working at all.

    @AceGaming Doesn't seem like it is even loading any plugins.

    @AceGaming I don't know why, I know CraftBukkit, not Cauldron, you could try their forums.
