   So I know this question has been asking an abundance of times, I've read nearly every thread about it, and I'm still getting no where. PEX works, all nodes and perms work, but the prefixes still aren't working :\
   
   Plugins: ChatManager, PEX, Tim the Enchanter, Essentials, Essentials GeoIP, Essentials Spawn, World Guard, World Edit, Open Inv and Holographic Displays.

   Try replacing ChatManager with ChatEx, it works perfectly for PEx prefixes/suffixes.
