PermissionsEx SQL Backend issue

    I'm using the SQL backend for PEX and so far most things work, however, the negated permissions I have (-modifyworld.block.place.7 for example) do not take away the permission after a modifyworld.* or something that already gives the permission.

    I have PEX 1.15, bukkit 1337, and ModifyWorld running.
