Plugin Help PermissionsEx permissions.yml help needed

    Hello,
    i have a problem with permissionsEx the yml data isnt working if i type in /pl the plugin is red here are all my plugins:
    -WorldGuard
    -WorldEdit
    -ChatColor
    -OpenInv
    -EssentialsAdmin
    -Rambooster
    -EssentialsPro
    -Plot²
    -Multiverse-Core
    -PermissionsEx
