Plugin Help Permissionsex not working / red colour when /Plugins [Solved]

Hey together,
I have the Problem, that when i launch my Server, the Prefix and Suffix is not showing up.
Also if i do /plugins or /pl PermissionsEX ist red, but the other plugins green.
Pex worked befor, but now with the new permissions.yml it is not working anymore.
Please help Me!

I did it, but when i restart the server permissionsEX is still red and nothing happened.

 

Do it while the server is off, save the file, then start your server. See if that makes a difference.

Also:

Stop your server.
Start your server.
When it's fully started, stop it again.
Go in to your server files.
Go to the logs folder.
Open the file called latest.log.
Copy and paste the contents at http://pastebin.com/.
Post it there and then link the URL here.

Looks like there is something wrong with loading the permissions.yml file...

 

1. found character '\t(TAB)' that cannot start any token. (Do not use \t(TAB) for indentation)
2. in 'string', line 9, column 1:

Looks like you're using tabs in your permissions.yml. You can remove them at http://tabstospaces.com/ and then toss it back in your permissions.yml.

why you use all these weird icons such as ; and & in the groups name, you can just let the prefix return most of what you want? name 1 group A then the prefix [something] and group a is something

 

There are üäö usw. in the group names, and somehow some program formed it into ü usw.
