Hello again, when I loaded my server this time it gave me this

I did everything I could do running it to a second YAML verifier. And it says the something I read wrote it, I made sure no tabs, AND I EVEN SHUTDOWN MY COMPUTER!



DESPERATLY NEED HELP.

Do I put them in the Plugin Folder?
I know thats a newbie question but I do put it in the Plugin folder but it says it does not work.\
