perhaps a server is running on that port help (i need help)

ok i tryed makeing bukkit server and it didnt work i placed my hamachi server and my real server but it keeps saying perhaps a server is runing on that port i need help i just want me and my friend to play multyplayer please help me

 

did u have javaw.exe or java.exe in windows task manager?

 

idk im not so good at computers can u tell me how i can see that?

 

press ctrl+shift+esc
then on processes tab...see if u can find java.exe or javaw.exe...right click it and select end process
restart server

can you help? i tried ending the java.exe process but when i restart the server it still comes up with this error and i dont know what to do?

and i have done port forwarding on the port 25565
