/particle plugin...

Hey guys! I play 1.8 just a little bit, but I started researhing the /particle command. And I thaught: "It's pity that it's not in 1.7.2". I run a server, and I would like tu use these particles ion my server.

Please, is there a plugin that allows me to do it (for 1.7.2 or 1.7.9)? I wanna use it to 4ex. command blocks with some redstone to make it loop, or even better - Plugin that makes looped particles on a block - that would be amazing!

So, that is my idea and plugin request for 1.7.9 / 1.7.2 / 1.7.4 (all versions work on my server for some reason...), for replyes and bye [cakebye]!
