    The PacketPlayOutWorldParticles doesn't seem to exist in my API. I'm currently using spigot but it is not existant for me. Any help?

    @BurnerDiamond Are any packets there? You have to use the actual Spigot jar (which you run the server on), and not the Spigot-API jar (API, no NMS etc).
