Plugin category: Fun Suggested name: Ores to Ingots What I want: I'd like a plugin where you mine a iron or gold ore and on break it will turn the iron/gold ore into an iron/gold ingot, so you would not have to smelt them. also if you can make it so when you have a fortune pick it would go along with it so lets say you break 1 ironore and you have a fortune 10 pickaxe you would get like 7 etc.. Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin. timtower thats not it , when you break the ore with a fortune 50 pickaxe you only get one ingot i need a plugin where you get like 10 with a fortune 50
moltak100 I can try some of this if you would like. I could only make it so that a command would trigger the change though. I'm sure it could be done in a mod very quickly. Tell me this though, if I were to do it with a command, would you want it to change all that are in on the ground or all the ones that are in your hand at the time? moltak100 Also use my tag so that i can get back to this easily. TheYamsMan Alright so im looking for something like when you break an ironore you would NOT get an ironore you would get an ironingot intently. and you know when you have a fortune pickaxe and you break diamond you will get more then one diamond at times? i want that with the ironingots and goldingots.
If you haven't got this figured out yet, I could easily makes this for you in under 10 minutes Still, how will players get the ore block? Should I add so that it will drop the ore if they use a silk-touch? moltak100 Ah I see what you mean. I'm thinking about how it might be done, but I'm not too sure. For someone that might make this: check the item in hand for each pickaxe, and check for silktouch enchantment. Then if the pickaxe has silktouch, make a few ingots drop from the gold or iron ore. I'm not sure how to customize the drops I don't think. At least not on the top of my head.

EvilWitchdoctor The plugin works great , just like the other plugins the other sent me, the problem is that the fortune part is still not working. do you know when you mine diamondores? you get more with a fortune pick? if you can i would like the same process as the ironore and goldore
Hmm, it ought to be giving you more.. try testing it more or using a higher fortune, I can look up the natural % increase per fortune-level online and try to copy it

I believe there are already some plugin that will works if you want simply a set number of drops per block, but that's less elegant.
