Ocarina Plugin

Suggested name: OcarinaXD

What I want: A plugin that allows you to craft a ocarina (Diamond that can't be used to craft stuff) and use it to play songs from the games Ocarina Of Time and Majora's Mask, both from the Legend of Zelda series.
Also it would be worth noting that if there could be commands like for a ocarina crafting guide, and for a song list. Here is how I would also like the ocarina crafting to be like:

C=Clay (Not clay Block)
Also can there be a 1.7.10 Version and a 1.8 Version?
Ideas for commands: /OcarinaGuide (/OGuide for short), /Ocarina (Menu), and /OcarinaSongList (/OSongList).
Ideas for permissions: Ocarina. (All the perms), Ocarina.List (For Song List), and Ocarina.Guide (Crafting Guide)
